As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), Heidi has advanced training in the evidence-based care of women in perimenopause and menopause—an area of women’s health that is too often overlooked or minimized. This certification strengthens the mission of Valor Wellness: to provide thoughtful, individualized, and scientifically grounded care during every stage of midlife.
